This is the only day in the whole Year when both the Sun and the Moon are exalted, radiating their fullest light and blessings! The universe is wide open to receive and multiply whatever you begin or offer on this day—be it wealth, spiritual practice, or even intention.

Akshay Tritiya carries a Siddhi Yoga by default—one of the most auspicious yogas for initiation, donations, spiritual vows, and long-term investments (both material and karmic or spiritual!).

🌞 Sun (Surya) is Purusha. Sun is Pingala nadi.
🌙 Moon (Chandra) is Prakriti. Moon is Ida nadi.

When Purusha and Prakriti are both strong, all creation becomes auspicious. It’s like Shiva and Shakti in perfect harmony. That’s why this day is often chosen for:
✔️ Marriage
✔️ Starting businesses, signing a contract
✔️ Initiating spiritual sadhanas or mantra initiation
✔️ Buying gold, land, or valuables
✔️ Start studies
